1. Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:
It is damaged, defective, or not functioning on arrival (DOA).
You received the wrong product.
The product has a major manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products without original packaging
Products with missing accessories or parts
Items damaged by power fluctuations, moisture, or physical impact
Products repaired by unauthorized service centers
Items purchased in discounts, flash sales, or special offers (unless defective)
3. Return & Inspection Process
Once you request a return:
Our support team will verify the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
Once the item is received, our quality team will inspect it.
After inspection, we will approve a replacement or refund based on eligibility.

Wallet/UPI refunds: 2–4 business days

5. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided:
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If refused at delivery, two-way shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
